SigEp’s mission is to sponsor the next generation of leaders and provide an environment that breeds excellence. Excellence can be defined as consistently outperforming the expectation. We provide our men with experiences and relationships that allow them to excel. We counsel and promote greatness in an effort to espouse SigEp’s values while holding our men to a higher standard.
